Will your products fit my dog?
Boogs & Boop dog accessories come in various sizes depending on print, fabric, and product type, so before you buy, we recommend measuring your dog or yourself (if purchasing a human accessory) to avoid the frustration of having to exchange or return an item later. Reference our How to Measure Your Dog page to learn how to measure your pup accurately.
Size charts vary for individual products and can be found on product pages by clicking "Check our Size Guide for the pawfect fit!" below the Size selection on each product page. The size specifications show the minimum and maximum measurements each size can adjust to. Measurements are shown in both inches and centimeters. If your pup is at the very highend of a size range, we recommend sizing up to ensure comfortability when they move.
How do I find the right size and fit for my dog?
For harnesses, you will need to know your dog’s neck and chest girth. For collars you will need to match your pup’s neck girth to the size specifications on individual product pages. If your dog is between sizes, always choose the larger size.
IMPORTANT: Read the product details carefully. Some products are sized by the dog’s measurements; others are sized by the dimensions of the actual product.

What if I can’t find my dog’s size?

Do you provide free products in return for social media collaborations?
While we appreciate your interest in collaborating with us, we do not offer free products in return for social collaborations unless you are invited to join our Bestie program. Applying to our Buddy Model Influencer Program is the first step in this process.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are Boogs & Boop’s shipping options?
Boogs & Boop ships to the entire contiguous U.S. and internationally as well. Shipping costs depend on your exact location and are calculated at checkout based on the address you input. Domestic pricing begins at $7.60 while international pricing starts at $15.99.

How do I get free shipping on Boogs & Boop orders?
We offer free Economy U.S. delivery on orders $75 or over and free shipping to Canada, Australia, Belgium, and South Africa on orders $150 USD and over.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the amount and type of products in each order as well as the item’s fulfillment location. We group items into categories that have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging to ensure the most optimal shipping speed and cost for you. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category.
Where is my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If for any reason you are unable to locate your email, please contact the hoomans at firstname.lastname@example.org to request it be resent. Keep in mind that it typically takes 3-5 business days to process your order for shipment. During the holiday season it may take up to 8 business days.
Do you offer lost package protection?
When you add an item to your cart, Route Package Protection is automatically added. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit into specific criteria.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is Boogs & Boop’s return policy?
Brand new, unwashed, and hair-free items postmarked within 14 days of delivery can be returned. Made to Order items are FINAL SALE.
All exchanges will be processed as returns, then refunded to your original form of payment, and you will be responsible for placing a new order if a different size is needed. This is to ensure that we have the items in stock.
Exclusions: Made to Order items, sale items, bandanas, bow ties, and sailor bow ties are FINAL SALE and not returnable. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return my Boogs & Boop order?

Where is my refund?
After your return is processed, we’ll email you when the refund is issued to your original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Why are larger sizes a higher price?
Extended sizes cost more to make due to fabric yields and additional labor for pattern creation. Also, our larger-sizes aren’t produced at the same volume as the rest of our sizes, which yields higher unit costs. As we continue to expand, we are hopeful that we are able to gain popularity with large dog breeds, so that we can begin producing larger sizes at the same volume as our smaller sizes, therefore balancing the prices across all items no matter the measurements.
Where is my Boogs & Boop order?
When you complete a checkout, you’re given a URL to the order status page, which is the final page of the checkout process. You can track the status of your order on this page, and may contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific questions about your order that is not available on that page.
Can I cancel or change my Boogs & Boop order?
Boogs & Boop does not accept order cancellations. Once an order has been marked shipped, we have no way of getting it back from the shipment provider.
