Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Creating the shipping label is the very last step of the order process. Depending on the time of day that your shipping label is created, it may be dropped off to the carrier that day or it may wait until the next business day. Thus, there may be around a 48-hour window where the carrier is awaiting the item. But otherwise, the package is in their hands and is awaiting their acceptance scan.

Processing Period (Time it takes to prepare your order)

  1. Typically 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated on product pages)
  2. During the holiday season it may take up to 8 business days

Important Info

  1. Boogs & Boop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been scanned in by the shipment provider, we are not held responsible. (Boogs & Boop offers Route Package Protection. If you choose to decline Route Protection at checkout, Boogs & Boop will not be responsible - see below for more info on Route Package Protection).
  2. Boogs & Boop is not responsible for re-shipment costs incurred for returned packages that were sent to the wrong address due to the customer entering the address incorrectly at checkout. There is a $10 re-mailing fee if the order is returned back to us and wishes that we re-ship it back to them with a newly purchased shipping label.
  3. If you placed an order that contains a preorder item, the order will not ship until your preorder item is ready to ship. If you prefer to purchase a shipping label so that your in-stock items can be shipped in advance of your preorder items, please email us at boogs@boogsboop.com or place your preorder separately.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE Economy U.S. delivery on orders $75 USD or over, excluding some 'Made to Order' items which have individual shipping costs starting at $7.99 USD. Otherwise, calculated shipping rates are determined at checkout based on weight and shipping time. Prices start at $7.60.

  1. Economy: 5-8 business days, holidays not included
  2. Standard: 3-4 business days, holidays not included

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Boogs & Boop offers FREE Economy shipping on all international orders $150 USD or over, excluding some 'Made to Order' items which have individual shipping costs starting at $9.99 USD. Otherwise, calculated shipping rates are determined at checkout based on weight and shipping time. Prices start at $15.99.

Boogs & Boop is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fees/import duties that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs seen at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are informed about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. In the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

  1. Economy: 6-12 business days, holidays not included
  2. Standard: 2-3 business days, holidays not included

Shipping Time to Anywhere Else (Time it typically takes for the item to reach you once USPS/UPS/DHL has your order in their possession)

  1. Economy: 8-21 business days, holidays not included
  2. Standard: 6-12 business days, holidays not included

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Add Route at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral. Boogs & Boop is not responsible for any packages after they are scanned in by the shipment provider.

  1. Customer adds Route Protect during checkout.
  2. Customer receives a confirmation email containing a Route ID number for their order and instructions on how to track their package and file an issue using the Route App or desktop.
  3. The Route support team becomes an extension of customer service team and quickly resolves order issues for your customers. Up to 40% of issues will be resolved instantaneously with either a reorder or refund! The other issues will be solved in 1-2 business days.

    Route Protection Policies

    In order for the issue to be approved, the purchase must be stolen, lost, or damaged and be within Route policy time frames. Here are the requirements for common issue scenarios:

    Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

    Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.

    Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

    Stuck In Transit (Lost)

    Domestic issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days, no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from the order date.

    Damaged

    Damaged item claims must include photos of the package and item (required), and the issue must be submitted no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.
